Day 1: Arrival and Grounding in Ubud

Arrive and transfer to a wellness resort like Fivelements Retreat or Bagus Jati. Begin your stay with a welcome drink and orientation. After check-in, spend time exploring the retreat grounds—often tucked into riversides or jungle enclaves—with lush gardens and sacred spaces for meditation.
Participate in a late-afternoon yoga session or guided meditation to help you decompress. Dinner is usually a plant-based, nutritionally balanced set menu, perfect for those easing into a detox or relaxation phase.
Day 2: Water Blessings and Healing Therapies
Start your morning with a sunrise yoga class. After a light breakfast, visit Tirta Empul Temple, one of Bali’s most sacred water temples, for a guided purification ritual. Dress respectfully and be ready to enter the spring-fed pools to perform the melukat cleansing.
Return to the retreat for a nourishing lunch, followed by a traditional Balinese massage or ayurvedic treatment. In the late afternoon, attend a breathwork session, sound healing circle, or cacao ceremony depending on the retreat’s schedule.
Day 3: Integration and Departure
Join one last yoga or tai chi class, followed by a reflective journaling session or optional consultation with an in-house wellness coach. Eat a relaxed breakfast and spend time walking the property one final time.
Before leaving, you may wish to take part in a closing ritual or plant blessing to symbolically conclude your retreat experience. Then transfer to the airport, feeling more centred and recharged than when you arrived.
